This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including about text message ("SMS") communications.

When you book a service, create a client account, or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and service address.
• Pet information — your dog's name, breed, age, weight, and any health or behavioral notes you provide.
• Booking and service history — appointments, session notes, run reports, and payment status.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Communications — messages you send us by email, text, or through the client portal.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm, and provide the services you book.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices, and account-related updates by email and/or text message.
• To process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Zoomie Squad may send you text messages related to your account and services, including:

• Cancellation notices
• Replies to messages you send us

Consent: We only send these messages if you have affirmatively opted in, such as by enabling text notifications in your client portal or verbally authorizing us to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

• Stripe — to process payments.
• Twilio — to deliver text messages you've opted into.
• Google (Gmail) — to send email communications.
• QuickBooks — for our own bookkeeping and accounting records.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your Choices

You can update or correct your contact information at any time through your client portal, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, or contact us to request that we delete your account information, subject to records we're required to keep for legal, tax, or safety reasons.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults booking services for their pets. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
